Vyair Warranty

A warranty is supplied on most of our products and systems. This warranty is limited to faults which occur through normal operational usage. Failure to follow given instructions on the set up of products and systems, or any defect to the system caused by incorrect use or failing to poor maintenance (not changing consumables etc), will void warranty. Our systems have a 1 year warranty after the date of purchase. If any defects occur due to faulty materials within a 28 day period, Vyair will replace the product at our cost. Any replacements parts you receive during your warranty period will not extend the original 12 month warranty period. Vyair recommend you to check your product immediately after delivery for us to help you during your enquiries.

The Standard Warranty does not cover consumables (filters, membranes etc). Consumable items carry a 28 day returns policy subject to them remaining unused. Once a consumable item is installed its warranty is determined by the technical specification of the product and its quoted life, in terms of time or usage.

Returns Procedure

  • Vyair protects your right to cancel within 14 days from your delivery date without reason needed.
  • Returns for items damaged on arrival must be made within 14 days from the delivery date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 14 days after your order has arrived.
  • We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection.
  • Pictures are required to return defective/damaged products.
  • If the return is accepted, the item(s) or part(s) will be replaced, or a refund / Credit note will be issued. It is our policy to replace parts whenever possible.

Limitation of Liability

Due to quality control procedures, it is rare to encounter damaged products. In the unlikely event that you have a product arrive damaged, please call us on 01507 524576 to arrange a replacement. If we require the product to be collected, we will send a free returns label for you to print. If you notice any damaged packaging on your delivery, please ensure that you highlight this with the courier. Please also let us know immediately. We cannot replace items that have failed due to incorrect installation, misuse, or customised by you.
