RO water can be produced efficiently with thin film membranes, operating at mains water pressure and sustaining quality despite high levels of salts (TDS). Premium membrane sheets are used to achieve an Stabilised rejection rate of 96%.

Elements contain preservative solution, therefore the permeate from the first hour of operation should be discarded, to flush the protective solution in the elements.

Pure water flow and salt rejection of RO membranes are dependant on factors including source water temperature and pressure. Our membrane specification was produced by experts carrying out in house testing at optimum conditions of 25°C and 70psi. If the operating conditions are not followed appropriately, we can not honour the warranty of the element as you will be unnecessarily reducing its service life.
