As we continue to navigate through the challenges posed by COVID-19, we’d like to share an update on how Vyair UK Ltd is responding.
In response to the Prime Minister’s announcement, Vyair UK will temporarily closed until further notice. We will continue to closely monitor developments related to the virus and update you as our plans evolve and change.
In the interim, our offices will be temporarily closed, however our online and telephone business will remain open.
Our website vyair.com is still operating and our Amazon shop is also available to purchase items from, emails will be monitored as normal and we will be able to send orders out as normal, however depending on courier availability there may be some delays with order deliveries, which we will work very hard to avoid.
Our technical department and telephone sales department is also still available however due to the need to have the telephone working remotely we may not be able to answers calls as swiftly as we would like. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and continued support.
We will be extending our returns policy to allow customers 90 days to apply for a refund or exchange.

We accept returns notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods and returned to us within a reasonable time which we deem to be 7 working days.
Customers must inform us of their wish to return their order before returning the item to us.
All items that are returned as a result of buyer remorse must be carriage paid by the sender, please obtain proof. We will accept items back in original packaging and in saleable condition. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned orders.
The refund will be credited back to the customer via their chosen method of payment within 7 days of Vyair receiving the item.
To prevent confusion we will not accept for return individual filters that have had their hygienic protective sealing film removed. We will not compromise customers right under the Distant Selling Regulations.
