Product Filtration

Due to the speed in which the pharmaceutical industry performs at, countless formulations of solutions, liquid medicines or vaccines are constantly being discovered and produced on mass scales. Before encapsulation or packaging, high volumes of product are filtered through multiple stages of particle filtration with each process rated more fine than the last. Permitted particles will be reduced down to a size of less than 0.45 micron. This will free the liquid of any suspended particles and remove the risk of introducing bacteria into the final product.

Treatment Process

1

Particle Removal

Our cartridges offer outstanding absorption of sediment, dirt, sand and scale flakes to prevent filtration systems from blockage and microorganism growth.

2

Fine Particle Removal

Typically during the finalising stages of water treatment, a finer touch is required to filter out the particulates within water that fall below 1 micron in size. The delicacy of this stage makes it of paramount importance, as the smaller impurities that are harder to remove from water can be some of the most negatively affecting contaminants.
