It is important to us here at Vyair that your product arrives with you in pristine condition. The outdoor unit of an air conditioning unit is a delicate piece of engineering. From our enquiries and experience none of the normal courier companies will guarantee to respect "This Way Up". I understand this was stopped around 4 years ago.

I further discovered that an a/c unit could be man handled and bumped around up to seven times between leaving the warehouse and being delivered. Warehouse to Lorry, Lorry to Courier Warhouse, Courier Warehouse to Lorry, On  Conveyer  at Central Hub, Central Hub to Lorry to Delivery Warehouse, Delivery Warehouse to Delivery Lorry, Delivery Lorry to your door.

VYAIR SHIPPING WITH CARE

Your purchase will be carefully removed from its storage bay in our dedicated warehouse. Placed on a pallet & shrink wrapped.  The pallet is then taken by secure pallet network to a Central Depot where it carefully handled, delivered to your local delivery depot, where the goods are delivered to you. Still in the condition they left the warehouse.

Why are we so fussy you may ask? Because we want this equipment to last you a long time, not to suffer early failure because  a  courier company driver could not lift it properly, could not be bothered to get his wheels out  and bounced it around.
